Launched in 1998 with its distinctive boomerang-shaped rear light clusters, the front engined two-seater was powered by a punchy twin turbo V8 with a 3.2-litre capacity. The Maserati Coupe replaced this model in 2005 with similar looks and a 4.2-litre normally aspirated V8, leading some to refer to it as the 4200GT.
