Say's I have no adverts listed when I login to MyAccount
The Answers: Check your login details - A reason for this could be that the login details you are using do not match your adverts details. You should have received an email from us confirming your registration email address and password. Please make sure when trying to login to the MyAccount section of our website that you are using the email address you used to register with our website. It should be the same email address as used on your advert. ALSO.. Already deleted? - Your car advert will not appear in the MyAccount area if it has been previously deleted. This would only be the case if you had deleted it or requested for it to be deleted. IF.. If your car advert should be appearing and is not then click on the I NEED MORE HELP' grey button located at the bottom right of this page to contact us directly. Was this information helpful?
