I am having problems when uploading my car photos
The Answers: Check file size - The most common reason why a photo will not successfully upload is due to the photo's file size. Modern cameras often take the photo's at 5 Megpixels or higher. This creates a large jpg file size. If you are familiar with a paint package on your PC then you may know how to reduce the photo's dimensions (i.e. reduce by 50%). When saved this will have the affect of reducing the photo's file size. To upload your photo's login to the MyAccount area. OR.. Alternatively, send as an email attachment - To save you time and effort we are happy to receive your full size photo's as email attachments. Simply attach the photo's to a new email and send it to enquiries@desperateseller.co.uk. Make sure you include your adverts OrderID in the subject of the email so we can locate your account. Once received we will add your photo's to your car advert within 24 hours. You are allowed a maximum of 6 photo's per car advert. Was this information helpful?
