Volkswagen Passat 2.0 TDI Highline Plus (2010) - Consumer review One Of The Best In Its Class
The first thing you’ll notice when you sit in a Volkswagen Passat is the relaxed driving position. The variations in the seating position ensure a very relaxed driving experience in any road condition. You’ll find a huge boot and good interior space. The cabin is quiet enough with no annoying interior squeaks. Unfortunately, the engine is a little underpowered and needs frequent gear changes at reduced speeds. However, this is outweighed by the level of fuel economy that the engine delivers. I average 55mpg with no effort. My Volkswagen Passat has truly only served to re-affirmed my belief that this car is one of the best passenger car in its class.

Volkswagen Passat 2.0 Highline TDI CR DPF 4dr (2009) - Consumer review Great For Families
The Passat is a great family car, and the reason we bought ours - our second one. It is good quality and well built, and cruises very nicely, and quietly. Engine quite powerful. And running costs are quite low for the size of the car. Yes it is not the most exciting car, but that is not its mission, for a solid family car the Volkswagen Passat is supreme.
