OVERALL Build quaility Comfort Performance Fun to drive Interior design Reliability Fuel economy Exterior design Toyota Avensis 1.8 VVT-i T3-X (2007) A Great Family Car At A Great Price If you’re looking for a decent family car and a reasonable price then you could do a lot worse than the Toyota Avensis. I have a large family so it is important to have a car that gives you a lot of space while being reliable. The Avensis gives you all this. I would recommend test driving both the petrol and the diesel models as the driving experience does differ quite a lot. In the end I went for the petrol model as the performance was much better with more people in the cabin. However, I have to say that the diesel version was very quiet on the road, something the petrol version could certainly do with. All in all - a great family car! Favourite features Good level of space and a comfortable drive.
