Peugeot 206 1.4 LX [AC] 3 door hatchback (2001) - Consumer review Peugeot 206 - Excellent Car To Drive
Having had a 206 for 8 years I can highly recommend this car. Theyre fun to drive and the 1.4 petrol engine has got loads of pull for a small car - excellent for tearing up country roads or cruising/overtaking on the motorway. Nippy in city traffic too! The interior is very comfortable with neat gadgets like electric windows, air con, a CD player and electric mirrors. Front fogs add a nice sporty look to the outside too! The 206 has been very reliable, economical to run and cheap to maintain.

Peugeot 206 1.4 Hatchback 5d (2008) - Consumer review Gets Me About - But A Few Issues.
I have had a few issues with my Peugeot 206 - the car seems to stall very easily, and I had an issue with my clutch. But apart from that it has gotten me all over the country and I can thrash it on the motorways. Peugeot 206 is also fairly cheap to run, and a lot less costly to fill the tank. Space is adequate in back and in boot.

Peugeot 206 1.4 Look (2008) - Consumer review Not Too Much To Say
Unfortunately, I can’t tell you too much about the petrol version of the Peugeot 206 as I purchased the hdi diesel. So far so good, I guess. I’ve heard some horror stories about Peugeot 206 cars but so far I’ve not had any major problems with mine. Engine-wise it’s a bit noisy on the road and the brakes sound like a train coming to a halt at a station but otherwise a decent enough drive once you get used to it. I visited a dealership about the braking but they said that it’s down to the type of brake pad I have on the car. Would I buy another one? probably not, but that’s only because I really like it’s replacement the 207. I wouldn’t put anyone off buying a Peugeot 206 but at the same time I don’t think I’d go out of my way to recommend one.
