Jaguar Xj 2.7 Twin Turbo Diesel Sovereign SWB (2008)

Jaguar Xj - Light Fantastic

I purchased my Jaguar XJ over a year ago where I have to say that it’s a very reliable car that hasn’t given me any issues. As you’d expect from a Jaguar the drive in the XJ is very good. The driving position is excellent and you constantly feel comfortable on long and short journeys. The car is surprisingly light which makes for good braking and acceleration. The fuel consumption is good for such a large car too. You’ll easily average 40-45mpg on longer journeys but small trips can hit your wallet more. I would certainly recommend the XJ to anyone.

Favourite features
Sport mode really makes the difference.

Suggested improvements
Needs to handle better around corners at higher speeds.
