Fiat Punto 1.2 Dynamic 5dr (2007) - Consumer review

Fiat Punto - A Hard Act To Follow

I purchased my Fiat Punto a few years ago, it came straight out of the Fiat showroom. Even today I still find the journeys good around my local town and on motorways. The consumption is very good as I usually get a decent 50 mpg. The engine is a thoroughbred and has never given me any problems. It’s always been a good car and any car I buy after it will have a difficult time living up to it.

Cheap To Maintain

I've just brought a Fiat Punto Cabrio 1.2 16v.  The car has an amazing torque that possibly puts a lot of bigger cars in shame on B-roads.  It's ultra cheap to maintain and very good on petrol.  Never buy a 1.6 as high maintenance cost

Decent Day To Day Car

My Fiat punto is reliable and worth the money when bought second hand. Quite economical if you don't drive too fast and mpg ok. Not sure I would trust it long distance, but it’s a nice little run around. The interior is nice in my view, start and stop nice.

Loads Of Space Inside

We only have the 1.2 model of the Fiat Punto and she will accelerate from traffic lights leaving more powerful cars behind. She also is huge inside. I sat on the back seat once and was amazed how far away the windscreen seemed.
