Bmw X5 - Shovel Anyone!

If you’re going to buy a new or used BMW X5 then please take my advice and go for one which has the turbo included in the power pack. I have a 3.0 engined BMW X5 with twin turbo’s and I’m pleases as punch that I have! This is because it goes like the proverbial off a shovel! I have managed to get 0-60 in less than 6 seconds which means it is no slouch on the road. It can certainly keep up with many of the high performance coupes out on the road today. Even though my X5 is a diesel it doesn’t feel like a diesel. It feels more powerful with the added benefit of giving you more miles for your pound. You’d expect the spacing inside the cabin to be spacious and it is. You’ll have no trouble getting a buggy, the week’s shopping, some timber wood from B&Q and a set of golf clubs in the boot!

Few Issues Have Put Me Off

My BMW X5 has been a bit of a nightmare with technical issues and running costs. High insurance, high petrol costs, and not the best off road. I am not sure I would buy one again. It is a sporty drive and comfortable with lots of room, but the issues I have had overall have been disappointing.
