OVERALL Build quaility Comfort Performance Fun to drive Interior design Reliability Fuel economy Exterior design Bmw 8 Series  Lasted Well I bought a 1991 BMW 850 the first to be codenamed CSi,with genuine 28,000 miles. It is now 19 years old. Whilst the 8 series mechanically is very satisfying and all working, the many plastic parts everywhere are the achilles heel.
